RETURN

We give particular attention to the quality of our products and make every effort for them to be delivered under the best conditions. Independently of this it is possible that you want to return an item.

You have up to 14 days after delivery to return your buying decision. To exercise your right to cancel you must send by registered mail a written request devoid of ambiguity, including a copy of the invoice, the order number and the date of delivery to the following address: YKKM - 36 rue Clément Ader - 91700 Fleury-Merogis – France

Conditions return.

You must return items in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Return costs are at your expense. Reimbursement for returned items will be made by crediting your bank account as soon as possible and within a period not exceeding thirty days of your notice of termination of the contract and receipt’s articles by YKKM returned. Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged will not be refunded.
