Product return

In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, private consumers (as opposed to businesses) have fourteen (14) clear days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.

The customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt expressing his or her wish to withdraw without ambiguity, enclosing a copy of the invoice, the order number and the delivery date. The customer must return the goods (accessories, instructions, etc.) within the time limit indicated, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered. The cost of returning Starbay items will be borne by the customer. After Starbay has received the returned items, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account as soon as possible and within a period not exceeding thirty days from the customer's notification of the cancellation of the contract and after Starbay has received the returned items. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. Where Shogun items are delivered to a third party chosen by the customer, the right to cancel the contract under this clause can only be exercised by the customer and cannot be exercised by the third party.

Procédure du retour produit :

  • Access your order history from your account.
  • Select the order containing the product to be returned.
  • Select the product(s) to be returned by ticking the box next to their name(s).
  • Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if several quantities of the same product are to be returned).
  • Add an explanation (in the "Returned goods" section), so that you understand why the order is being returned.
  • Once you have completed this form, click on "Return a product". It will appear with the words "Awaiting confirmation" on the "Product returns" page of the account.
