The manufacturing process
- Solid wood from noble species is preferred
- traditional mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints are at the heart of our manufacturing process, reinforced where necessary with screws for impeccable strength
- our in-house-designed brass hardware is of the highest quality
- the marquetry elements are meticulously applied
- the furniture is covered with several coats of silky varnish, for the exceptional rosewood finish so distinctive of Starbay pieces
